Kaitlyn Gifford joined Payne Financial Strategies in December 2025. She brings experience in the insurance industry, along with a background in tax preparation and bookkeeping, allowing her to provide well-rounded support to clients and the team. Her professional experience has strengthened her skills in customer service, organization, and problem-solving, while giving her a strong foundation in financial operations and client relationship management.

She takes pride in building lasting relationships through trust, clear communication, and attention to detail, ensuring each client’s information is handled accurately and efficiently.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband, Dalton, their children, and their dogs. She loves cooking, running, and making memories with her family.
